Dr. Don Hall has dedicated his life to studying and sharing the effects of diet on health. In a free lecture Tuesday, March 22, at 6 p.m. he will share his step-by-step approach to moving from a cholesterol-laden, animal-product diet to a wholesome plant-based diet of whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables. In “The Vegetarian Advantage,” you will learn how to ensure that your nutritional needs are being met and how to avoid the pitfalls made by many new vegetarians. Allow Dr. Hall to teach you how to be a smart vegetarian. A light vegetarian meal will be served. Seventh-day Adventist Church is located at 8035 Church Street in Yucca Valley.
