The Town of Yucca Valley’s Summer Music Festival kicks off on July 12th, with an exciting performance by the swing group Big Papa and the TCB. Chris “Big Papa” Thayer leads the band well with his powerful vocals. Their new album Six Pack Of Cool shows exactly what this band is capable of and is packed with infectious tunes and awesome musicianship. They are probably best known for their song “Go Big Papa!” which has been used in a Papa John’s ad campaign. This band is sure to have you jumping and singing along. Bring friends and family and have a good time with Big Papa and the TCB! All concerts will be held on the Yucca Valley community center ballfield; gates open at 6:30pm and concerts start at 7 p.m. You may bring your own food, but there will also be food vendors.
