STRETCH-N-TONE CLASS THROUGH TOWN OF YUCCA VALLEY

The Town of Yucca Valley is offering a Stretch-N-Tone class. Reporter David Knutson has all the details… The Town of Yucca Valley Recreation Department offers over twenty leisure and enrichment classes throughout the year. One of the classes offered is titled Stretch-N-Tone. This class is offered Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. This low-impact aerobic workout includes mat work with weights and bands.  The class is structured to accommodate people of almost any shape, size or age. Participants work at their own level.  Come join the group and enjoy the physical and social benefits.  This is a drop-in style class, just pay the $2.00 entry fee at the door. The first class is free!
