STATEWIDE PRIMARY ELECTION OFFICES UP FOR ELECTION

A handful of offices representing Morongo Basin will be on the June 5th, 2018 primary ballot. The first day for citizens to declare their candidacy and file the required documents is Monday, February 12. Offices up for election include the U.S. Senate seat now held by Dianne Feinstein; the U.S. Congressional seat of Paul Cook; the 42^nd State Assembly seat held by Chad Mayes; and the 16^th District State Senate seat held by Jean Fuller. Anyone who wants to run for any of these offices must obtain and file the appropriate documents at the County Elections Office, 777 E. Rialto Avenue in San Bernardino.
