STAR PARTY AT SKY’S THE LIMIT TOMORROW NIGHT

Sky’s the Limit Observatory and Nature Center will hold its weekly star party Saturday night, May 14. The event begins at 9 p.m. and will end about midnight. Volunteers will set up manual and battery-operated telescopes and guests may use them or bring their own. Mars will be prominent in the constellation Scorpius. Viewer will also be able to see Jupiter, craters and mountains on the moon, and Saturn’s rings. Sky’s the Limit Observatory is located on Utah Trail, just north of the Twentynine Palms entrance to Joshua Tree National Park.
