Time to clean out the medicine chest. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, in partnership with the Drug Enforcement Administration, is holding its 11th drug take-back day, in which you can bring your dangerous, expired, unused, or unwanted prescription drugs to the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station in Joshua Tree on Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
