SERVICES FOR KATE BARITEAU IN WONDER VALLEY SATURDAY

Kate Bariteau, a 30-year-resident of Wonder Valley, died Saturday, May 11. She was 74 years old. Kate Bariteau is survived by two sisters, Jean Sischo and Mary Anne Foley, and a brother, Lorenz Radant. She was a caregiver with In-Home Services for 28 years. A memorial service for Kate Bariteau will be held at Wonder Valley Community Church on Saturday, May 18, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Garry Brooks officiating. A potluck luncheon will follow. Interment will be in Wisconsin. Kate Bariteau was active in many community organizations, including the First Class Miners Club, Twentynine Palms and Yucca Valley Friends of the Library, Twentynine Palms Senior Center, and the American Food Bank. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wonder Valley Community Church.
