SECOND ANNUAL HOLIDAY ART AUCTION TO BENEFIT REACH-OUT

Organizers of the Second Annual Hi Desert Holiday Art Auction have been receiving lots of donations of artwork from all over the Morongo Basin and from as far away as Utah and Australia so this year’s auction promises to have something for all tastes. Jewelry, photography, paintings, etchings, metalwork and even furnishings will be offered for auction to help support the Neighbors Helping Neighbors programs for seniors and the disabled. ArtFx and Furnishings located at 55836 29 Palms Hwy in Old Town Yucca Valley is sponsoring and hosting the event on December 14, from 3 to 7 p.m. This year’s event will be expanded to also accepting donations of non-perishable food items and holiday gifts for our low income elderly neighbors. The event will offer holiday treats and baked goods, refreshments, live music and joyful spirit with a way for the community a way to bid on items from multiple artists and support a good cause at the same time.
