RETIRED TEACHERS MEET NEXT WEEK

California Retired Teachers Association will meet Friday, March 11, at 10:00 a.m. at the Helen Gray Center on Whitefeather Road in Joshua Tree.  Members will welcome Kathleen DeRouen, director of Morongo Unified School District’s College Admissions and Financial Aid Project.  DeRouen will speak about the goals of the project and how retired teachers can be of help.  Lunch will be provided at a cost of $15 per person.  Reservations are required.  There is no cost to those who attend the meeting but choose not to order lunch, but seats do need to be reserved for meeting attendees.  Please call Gay Smith, at 760-369-2211, no later than Monday, March 7, if you plan to attend the meeting and if you wish to purchase lunch.
