The second crash happed about 7:50 a.m. when Richard Papp, 49, of Yucca Valley, was driving his 2004 Honda Element eastbound on Highway 62 in the slow lane, just east of Rotary Way, when he hydroplaned and lost control. The car rolled over onto the south side of the highway, landing on the car’s right side. The third crash happened about 8 a.m., between Rotary Way and Lear Avenue, when the male driver hydroplaned, lost control, and rolled over onto the south side of the highway. None of the drivers were injured in their crashes.
