The National Parks Conservation Association will hold a public meeting Thursday, November 2 on the Trump administration’s proposal to increase entrance fees to 17 national parks. Attendees will be able to discuss the fee increase and suggest avenues for public activism. Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent David Smith will present information at the meeting. The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. at the Mojave Desert Land Trust headquarters on the highway in west Joshua Tree.
