PORTLAND WOMAN ACCUSED OF SPOUSAL ABUSE

An Oregon woman was arrested early Sunday morning, April 15, after her boyfriend said she attacked him. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies were called to a motel in the 57400 block of Primrose Drive in Yucca Valley about 2:15 a.m. for a domestic disturbance. The victim told deputies that his girlfriend of one year, Cecilia Warbington, 35, of Portland had attacked him. He showed deputies his injuries to his face, a bite mark on his right forearm, and scratches on his neck and body. Cecilia Warbington was arrested on suspicion of felony spouse abuse, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with her bail set at $50,000.
