A 75-year-old man killed Wednesday morning after he was struck by a car in Desert Hot Springs has been identified. Ronald Blumkin was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Palm Drive and Ironwood Drive about 6 a.m. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.
