An opening reception will be held Saturday, December 10, for Gallery 62’s newest art exhibition, “Winter Light.” The current exhibition includes pottery, small gift-sized sculptures, and tiny paintings. Featured artists in December are Amara Alban, Mark Doolittle, David C. Greene, Kat Johnson, Hiroko Momii, Ray Yeager, and Valerie Davis. The opening reception is from 6 to 8 p.m. Regular gallery hours are Fridays noon to 3; Saturdays 9 to 3; and Sundays noon to 3. Gallery 62 is in downtown Joshua Tree, behind JTAG.
