Often women have had to fight against the social norms of the day to make things happen. In the online lecture, “Women Behaving Badly…for Good,” Dr. Priscilla Porter will share stories of women who have braved the heat and dust in the desert, right up to the women of today who continue to confront the unknown in their pursuit of a better life for all who live here. The lecture is set for 1 p.m. Thursday, April 15.
