Congressman Paul Cook of Yucca Valley plans to honor military veterans from his district at a ceremony December 19. “Heroes of the 8th” Veterans Recognition Ceremony will honor past and present members of the military for their distinguished service, community involvement, or advocacy for veterans’ causes. If you know a veteran who works on behalf of veterans’ causes, nominate him or her for this honor.
