A new exhibit opened yesterday at Gallery 62’s new location in Joshua Tree. The featured exhibit, “Abstract Now in Joshua Tree,” includes a variety of two-and three-dimensional work by Valerie Davis, Kathi Klopfenstein, Hiroko Momii, James O’Keefe, Lenne Rosen-Kabe, Jeff Turner, Larry White, and Stella Vognar. An opening reception will be held Saturday, March 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. during the Second Saturday Art Crawl. The exhibit runs through March 27. The Gallery is open Fridays, 11 to 5, Saturdays, 9 to 5, and Sundays, 11 to 4. The new Gallery 62 is located at 61607 29 Palms Highway, behind JTAG.
