Desert Hot Springs police arrested a suspect in a fatal shooting Tuesday. About 3 a.m. Tuesday, police were called to the 66100 block of 2nd Street for shots fired, where they found a man—still unidentified—who had been shot. He was taken to Desert Hospital in Palm Springs where he died. After interviewing multiple witnesses, detectives honed in on Eduardo Stultz, 23, of Cathedral City. Eduardo Stultz was traced to a home in the 28700 block of Landau Boulevard where he was arrested for investigation of murder, and booked into the Riverside County Jail in Banning.
