A Morongo Valley man was arrested Sunday, after he was found with methamphetamine. Deputies were called to the 8500 block of Grand Avenue in Yucca Valley about 7:15 p.m. Sunday for a report of a break-in. Deputies contacted Richard Andrade, 48, sitting in his vehicle. Andrade is on parole. During a search of his vehicle, deputies found a stash of methamphetamine, along with a large amount of cash. Richard Andrade was arrested for investigation of being in possession of methamphetamine for sales, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, with his bail set at $50,000.
