Tonight’s regular 7 p.m. meeting of the Morongo Valley Community Services District opens with a public hearing on the proposed 2016/2017 budget. Also tonight, expect discussion of some improvements to the community center and a closed session evaluation of General Manager Donna Munoz. Those items and others are in addition to regular reports and routine items on the consent agenda. Tonight’s meeting takes place in the Community Building’s multipurpose room on the edge of Covington Park in Morongo Valley.
