The Morongo Valley Community Services District Board will hold a special workshop meeting at 3 p.m. tomorrow. Directors will learn about and gain perspective on the need to establish designated reserve accounts and then apply their conclusions to the final budget for fiscal year 2013-14. Tomorrow’s meeting is in the Covington Park Multi-Purpose Room.
