The Morongo Valley Clean Team needs volunteers to help with a one-morning cleanup of an illegal dumpsite. Volunteers are asked to come at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 30, to the corner of Hess and Recuerdo. Wear long pants, long-sleeved shirts and sturdy shoes. Bring work gloves. Rakes and shovels might be helpful as well. Bottled water, trash bags and trash grabbers will be provided. Some trucks and a trailer would be helpful to haul the trash to the transfer station.
