The Morongo Basin Transit Authority will hold its regular meeting 5 p.m. Thursday at the MBTA Operations Center, 62405 Verbena Road in Joshua Tree. After a routine consent agenda, the MBTA board will hold a public hearing for the 2012-13 budget.
