At Saturday’s meeting of the Morongo Basin Democratic Club, staff from the Hi-Desert Water District will discuss the Yucca Valley sewer project and answer questions about its costs, construction and other concerns. The meeting will be held at Bruce’s Coyote Kitchen at Copper Mountain College in Joshua Tree. Fellowship and a $10 breakfast begin at 9 a.m.; the Club business and the presentation begin at 10 a.m. Saturday’s meeting is open to all registered Democrats and invited guests.
