The Mojave Water Agency will hold a free session on water quality standards. During the class, “How Do I Know My Water Is Safe to Drink?” participants will learn how water is sampled, what agency monitors the data, what is considered “safe,” and who to call if you have a water quality problem. The workshop will be held at 5:30 May 28, at the Mojave Water Agency’s office in Apple Valley. Call 760-946-7001 by May 23 to register.
