An informational seminar about Medicare will be held Saturday, October 24. Representatives from the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) will review changes to the Medicare program for the 2016 calendar year, and will be able to answer questions and provide information for low-income and disabled residents. HICAP offers free, unbiased information about Medicare and other health insurance programs. The seminar will be held at 10:30 a.m., October 24, at Valley Community Chapel, 59025 Yucca Trail in Yucca Valley.
