A Twentynine Palms man, who has a history of indecent exposure, was arrested again Wednesday, after he exposed himself on the 49 Palms Oasis hiking trail. Deputies and rangers with Joshua Tree National Park were called to the popular hiking trail about 3:45 p.m. Wednesday by two women who said that a man, later identified as Kevin Devries, 35, who was wearing a Speedo bathing suit, exposed himself to them on the trail. Deputies say that Devries admitted he enjoyed exposing himself to women. Kevin Devries was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail, cited, and released.
