The Landroid Café, a special popup bake sale at the Landers Thrift Shoppe, opens tomorrow (October 28). The cafe will offer fresh, homemade sweets including cookies, brownies, cake by the slice, plus iced coffee in flavors like French vanilla, mocha, chai, pumpkin spice, caramel and white chocolate. Drop by the Thrift Shoppe and Café Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. All funds raised go to the Landers Association. Landers Thrift Shoppe and the Landroid Cafe are in Belfield Hall on Reche Road just east of the Post Office.
