A Landers man was arrested Saturday afternoon, accused of selling marijuana and making criminal threats. According to a Sheriff’s report, a resident in the 58900 block of Mitch Lane in Landers called about 8:30 a.m. to report that her neighbor, Jay Wilson, 50, threatened to shoot her. When deputies questioned Wilson, they found marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a large sum of money. After an investigation, Jay Wilson was arrested on suspicion of felony sales of marijuana and making criminal threats, and on four miscellaneous warrants, booked at the Morongo Basin, with his bail set at $60,000.
