KARI BAGSHAW RETIRES FROM HI-DESERT WATER DISTRICT AFTER 36 YEARS

The longest-serving employee of the Hi-Desert Water District in Yucca Valley officially retired Friday, April 1. Kari Bagshaw began her career with the water district in 1979 by serving customers in billing, and then moving into accounts payable, and payroll. In her most recent job as a customer service representative, she greeted hundreds of customers by name. Bagshaw said, “It’s been a pleasure meeting and getting to know so many really nice people throughout the years…. My most memorable memories are witnessing the generosity and kind hearts from various customers and learning to pay it forward when possible.” Congratulations on Kari Bagshaw’s well-earned retirement.
