Young people looking for work experience and some adventure may want to consider applying for the Joshua Tree National Park’s Youth Conservation Corps. ROP Broadcast Student Shelby Shupp says applications are being taken now…
Joshua Tree National Park is giving youths an opportunity to have a summer experience with hands-on work called Youth Conservation Corps. Youths will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. and will earn the hourly California minimum wage. This program extends from June 16, 2016 to August 7. To apply for this job, you must be 16-18 years of age. Applications will be available and are to be returned by April 11 at Joshua Tree National Park Headquarters, 74485 National Park Drive, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277.
