Join the Morongo Basin Historical Society for the presentation of “Historic Preservation at Joshua Tree National Park” by the Chief of Cultural Resources for Joshua Tree National Park, Jason Theuer, Ph.D. in Anthropology. Learn about recent Joshua Tree National Park historic projects in 2016, the centennial year of the National Park Service, along with much more. This presentation is part of the Morongo Basin Historical Society’s second Wednesday lecture series and will be held Wednesday, May 11, at the Hi-Desert Nature Museum in Yucca Valley at 5:30 p.m. Admission is a donation of $5.
