JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK ART SHOW OPENS AT 29 PALMS ART GALLERY

You can get a sneak peak of the third annual Joshua Tree National Park Art Exposition this weekend when the 29 Palms Art Gallery holds a soft opening. The juried exhibition of art from 52 local, national, and international artists will be open at the art gallery noon to 3 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, November 6 through 8. The exhibition theme is art depicting or inspired by Joshua Tree National Park; art will remain on display through November. The gala opening reception is set for 5 p.m. Friday, November 13. A variety of events will be held Saturday and Sunday, November 14 and 15 at the art gallery, the 29 Palms Inn, the 29 Palms Creative Center, the Old Schoolhouse Museum, and the park’s Oasis Visitor’s Center.
