JOSHUA TREE MAN ACCUSED OF MAKING CRIMINAL THREATS

A 40-year-old man was arrested Wednesday, accused of making criminal threats. According to Sheriff’s records, deputies were called to the 61500 block of Division Street in Joshua Tree about 6:30 p.m. A bystander called deputies to say that Edrick Kennybrew, had taken a screen off a window, and had pushed a woman and choked her. After an investigation, Edrick Kennybrew was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats, booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $50,000.
