The Joshua Tree Highlands Artist Residency will hold a welcome party tonight for the new artists-in-residence. Come meet and greet the new artists: Tom Birkner, Ryan Parra, Marium Rana, and Lisa Marie Rollins. In addition, there will be a library dedication, silent auction, and drinks and appetizers, from 5 to 8 p.m. The party will be held at 8321 Via Rocosa Road in Joshua Tree. Tickets are $25 each and are available on line at jthar.com.
