The Joshua Tree Courthouse will open from 8:30 a.m. to noon Mondays through Fridays for “limited emergency matters only,” with one or two courts open. The local court will be closed March 31 for the Cesar Chavez Day holiday. Closed courts include Barstow, Big Bear, Child Support San Bernardino, Fontana, Needles, Rancho Cucamonga and San Bernardino Juvenile Delinquency.
