The Joshua Basin Water District will hold a special meeting of the board of directors at 11 a.m. this morning. On the agenda is a request from management for $70,000 to pay for two replacement field trucks. Following that decision, directors will adjourn to closed session to discuss potential litigation. Today’s meeting takes place in the board office on Chollita Road in Joshua Tree.
