I-10 TUNE-UP PROJECT CONTINUES THIS MONTH

If you’re planning on traveling on Interstate 10—west of the Highway 62 interchange—be prepared for some construction work that may affect your drive. The Haugen-Lehman on ramp going eastbound on I-10 is anticipated to be closed starting February 7 until May 2021 for ramp improvements, highway construction, and worker safety. In addition, the I-10 eastbound connect to SR-111 is subject to intermittent closures from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday for roadway repairs. Detours will be in place for both closures.

The Haugen-Lehman on ramp going eastbound on I-10 is anticipated to be closed starting February 7 until May 2021 for ramp improvements, highway construction and worker safety. Motorists should use the Main Street on-ramp via Railroad Avenue to get onto the I-10 to go eastbound or use WB I-10 and exit Main Street. Continue on Main Street and use on-ramp for I-10 EB.

In addition, the I-10 eastbound connect to SR-111 is subject to intermittent closures from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday for roadway repairs. Motorists are advised to use Whitewater/Tipton Road or Indian Canyon Road to access SR-111 during these closures.
