The Homestead Valley Community Council will meet Monday, May 15. Representatives from the Fire and Sheriff’s Departments are usually available to answer questions. Homestead Valley includes the communities of Johnson Valley, Flamingo Heights, Landers, and Yucca Mesa. The meeting starts at 3 p.m. at Belfield Hall on Reche Road in Landers.
