The Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors will hold a board meeting later tonight at 5 p.m. Reporter Joshua King has details on the agenda.
Tonight’s Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors 5 p.m. meeting kicks off with a vote to approve the water standby assessment rates, which is a water availability charge for vacant land in the water district that is added to the owner’s property tax. The charge is not expected to change this year.
Next, the board will select a design and bid for a new monument sign outside of the Hi-Desert Water District office.
Finally, the board will move to approve a change order for a pipeline bid in the total of $4,575.
