Among the items on tonight’s meeting of the Hi-Desert Water District board of directors, the directors will hear an overview of the district’s stakeholder outreach master plan, and will be asked to review a proposal to enter into a contract for consulting services. Directors will also be asked to approve a contract—not to exceed almost $84,000—for a document management system. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in district offices at Inca Trail and the Highway in Yucca Valley.
