Among the items on tonight’s meeting (Wednesday, May 18) of the Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors, the directors will continue its discussions on the local hazard mitigation plan and its strategic plan update. The board will also be asked to approve agreements for professional auditing services and with the US. Geological Survey to install three monitoring wells near the proposed sewer treatment facility. The meeting starts at 6:00 at district offices at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
