Open enrollment for Covered California and the Affordable Care Act ends January 31. If you’ve not secured health insurance, then plan to attend one of the upcoming enrollment events at Hi-Desert Medical Center. Free, open enrollment events are scheduled at various times every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through the end of month. Come meet with a certified enrollment counselor, ask questions and apply for financial assistance. Be sure to bring identification, social security or residency card, and pay stub and most recent tax forms with you to the event.
