The Hi-Desert Medical Center Board of Directors meets in a special closed session at 6 p.m. today. On the agenda is a performance evaluation of CEO Bob Tyk and discussion involving strategic plans which is protected from Brown Act disclosure under “trade secrets.” The meeting takes place in the Helen Gray Education Center on the hospital campus in Joshua Tree.
