Hearts of Yucca Valley will celebrate its 50th year of service to the Morongo Basin with a fund-raising dinner in Yucca Valley. The dinner will be held Tuesday, February 23, at Las Palmas Restaurant, from 4 to 9 p.m. Las Palmas will offer its full menu; a portion of proceeds will be donated to Hearts of Yucca Valley. Hearts of Yucca Valley is a non-profit organization that has raised thousands of dollars each year for various fire departments, Morongo Basin Ambulance, and the cardiac care unit at Hi-Desert Medical Center. Las Palmas is located at 55792 29 Palms Highway in Old Town Yucca Valley.
