Are you interested in becoming a ham radio operator? The Morongo Basin Amateur Radio Club (MARC) will have a test session this Saturday, January 28, at 10 a.m. at St. Christopher of the Desert Catholic Church, 61261 Sunburst Drive in Joshua Tree. MARC will test for all license classes. Anyone testing should bring $5 and a photo ID. If you are upgrading, bring a copy of your license that MARC can keep, and make sure your FRN is on the license.
