If you have a question on this or other issues that involve local, county, state or federal officials, you are invited to come to the regular meeting of the Homestead Valley Community Council, HVCC, this Monday, September 16, at 3:00 p.m. in Flamingo Heights. The HVCC is a coalition of the four community organizations of Yucca Mesa, Flamingo Heights, Landers and Johnson Valley. The meeting is at the Flamingo Heights Community Center, 55977 Perris Rd. just off Hwy 247 behind Hero Catering.
