Some Morongo Basin residents were without television reception Monday. According to Mark Lundquist, the field representative for Third District County Supervisor James Ramos, the problem is with DISH Network. The county’s Special District Department is working with Dish to resolve the problem. For more information, call Special Districts TV at 760-367-1833.
