A Desert Hot Springs man was arrested Tuesday, after deputies say he fled from a stolen car and broke into a Yucca Valley home. According to a Sheriff’s report, Deputy Shauna Ables spotted a stolen black Honda Civic driving northbound on Cholla Avenue near Sunland Avenue, about 3:25 p.m. Tuesday. Ables attempted to stop the car, but the driver, Gabriel Gallegos, 22, fled the car on foot, and ran into a home in the 7000 block of Tamarisk Avenue.
