DESERT HOT SPRINGS MAN ARRESTED AFTER TRESPASSING

A Desert Hot Springs man was arrested early Wednesday morning, after he was found trespassing inside a home. According to a police report, Desert Hot Springs police were called to the 66500 block of 4th Street about 12:30 a.m. for a report of people trespassing inside a vacant home. Officers located a man and woman inside the home. After questioning, officers determined the man was giving a false name, and when they learned his real name, Brandall Green, 35, attempted to flee on foot. Officers gave pursuit and captured Green after a brief struggle. Brandall Green was arrested for a felony warrant for assault with a deadly weapon, and on an unrelated case for investigation of home invasion robbery, residential burglary, conspiracy, and resisting arrest. Green was booked into the Riverside County Jail in Banning with his bail set at $25,000.
